I'm ashamed of McCain.

To keep with the political theme of today, I just saw that McCain spoke out against gay adoption. Nothing makes me angrier than this topic. It makes me so heated and passionate (in hatred of McCain and his ignorant cronies) that I realize why I love politics and why it is so important for all of us to constantly educate ourselves so that we can realize that McCain is saying this and to realize that voting for him is voting for this! Outlawing gay adoption has zero logistical support in my opinion. Having a mother and a father does not guarantee a happy, healthy childhood and therefore having two fathers or two mothers would in no way ensure some sort of detrimental upbringing for a child in question. These two homosexual would receive the gift and joy of parenthood and give the gift of a healthy, supportive upbringing to the child. 

This is one more reminder why Obama needs to win this November!
